Ally Sachs, AMFT

The relationship between client and therapist can be one of the most healing aspects of therapy. I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe and understood. Using an integrative approach to therapy, I focus on collaboration, curiosity, patience, and humor. I strive to both support and challenge you throughout the therapeutic process. We explore alternative ways of thinking to create space for self-awareness and growth. Together we uncover feelings that impact you currently through exploring your past relationships and experiences, empowering you to develop coping skills to reach your goals.
